I started out as a parent here at Beard several years ago, and joined the LSC Board in order to be an advocate for my son. After he went on to continue his education at another school, I decided to run as a community member for the LSC. It was important to me to continue having a voice for our special young students here at Beard. After 4 years of learning and being a part of the inner workings of the school, I decided it was time to get to work. This year I joined the staff at Beard to help grow the minds of these amazing young students and couldn't be more excited!
